REGIONAL CENTER AFFILIATION
The General Partner of Civic Ad, LP is World Cup Motorsports, LLC (World Cup)) which has received designation from USCIS to operate as a Regional Center under the name of 888 American Dream Projects through the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program (EB-5).
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
World Cup Motorsports, LLC will operate Civic Ad, LP which will engage in business within the industry sector of assembling and providing installation services, maintenance and advertising opportunities, in the present geographic area of Cerritos, California.
INVESTMENT STRUCTURE
Civic Ad, LP will receive at-risk equity investment from Limited Partners (EB-5 investors), who will be co-owners in the Limited Partnership. A full 100% of the capital raised through Civic Ad, LP will be used to operate the business and hire employees.
USE OF FUNDS
Civic Ad, LP seeks to raise $2,000,000 of working capital to obtain, equip and staff for installation services, maintenance and advertising opportunities facility for Bus Stops/ Stations for use in various metropolitan centers in the Southern California region.
JOB CREATION
Civic Ad, LP is projected to have a total job creation impact of 66 new jobs, including jobs created indirectly, according to its personnel plan and an Economic Impact Analysis using RIMS II methodology by the Beacon Economic Group (2016).
Project
CivicAd Plan will include its ultimate goals like reducing and controlling environmental hazards and risks; preventing accidents and injuries; maintaining safe conditions for staff and visitors; and the manufacture of 21st Century, state of the art bus stops/stations with eco-friendly systems and amenities for would be bus passengers.
Many municipalities in the Southern California area are woefully deficient in the number of functional, attractive bus shelters, Civic Ad LP will enter into contracts with some of the local governments to provide these shelters at designated locations at no cost to the municipality.
